Returns are accepted on unused Shop in their original condition and original packaging. In order to get a return, the customers need to show evidence of purchase and a valid reason for return. Some things might not be returnable, such as customized or special-order merchandising.
Refund takes place after item is checked and confirmed. The refund will get accredited into your bank account. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, unless the return is the result of our error.
Some items, including software, accessories, and consumables, cannot be returned or refunded. Also, any item that has been misused or tampered with, or that shows customer-inflicted damage, will not be accepted for return.
